Tan Yin Ling

Cloop helps people become part of the solution to fashion waste. The company, cofounded by Tan Yin Ling, collects used clothes, which are sorted and resold where possible, while the fibres of others are recycled. With the help of its partner Life Line Clothing, it has installed more than 400 bins across Singapore and is nearing its goal of helping to double the country’s textile recycling rate. Cloop also conducts educational campaigns, organises swap events and owns five thrift stores.
